All closures are available in many sizes and with a variety of septa material. Our closures are designed for use with Shimadzu, Spectra-Physics, Varian and other autosamplers. Larger opening closures are available to increase the target area for needle penetration.
Inserts for autosampler vials are available in glass and plastic with an option of a preassembled polymer bottom spring or top spring. The polymer spring acts as a shock absorber that protects against breakage if the needle bottoms out. Our inserts are available with a conical design that permits complete sample removal. The Step Insert precisely sits in the neck of the vial, thus eliminating the need for metal or plastic springs.
Two types of closure convenience packs are available. We also offer the convenience of getting the autosampler vial, cap and septa preassembled and ready to use. We also offer the option of getting just the cap and septa preassembled and separate from the vial. These convenience packs are available in many sizes and many finishes and in both clear and amber. Convenience Packs with Closures/Septa Components are packaged in a clear lid tray with 100 vials and 100 preassembled closures and septa. Closures with septa are not attached to the vials and are in individual plastic bags. The convenience pack fits into a bench drawer for easy access and packaging keeps products visible and particle free. Availability in 8mm 9mm, and 10mm.

Versa Vial , Vista Vials and the Interlocked Visla were recently introduced. The new Vista series has a two part design that combines a glass (autosampler) vial base with a plastic top. The Versa Vial has an increased neck length for accommodating fluctuations in robotic arm settings. The interlocked vial/insert has an glass insert fused together with the glass vial to eliminate movement that could cause needle breakage.
