An improvement on existing 96-Well systems, the Multi-Tier™ Plate is a patented modular, reusable system featuring a base plate capable of securing 0.5mL, 1.0mL, 1.5mL, or 2.0mL conical glass, flat bottom and polypropylene vials. The vented design of the base plate assures uniform heating and cooling when immersed in a water bath. The cover locks the liner in place and prevents vial pullout. The prescored PTFE/Silicone/PTFE liner permits easy needle penetration, while the Molded PTFE/Silicone liner locks into each of the 96 vials and reseals after multiple injections thus reducing the chance of solvent evaporation and cross contamination.

The Vial Loader is a fast and convenient choice for loading our vials into the Base Plate. Just peel away the packaging and place an empty Base Plate on top of the Vial Loader. Invert the entire unit and the plate is ready for use. Our Glass Vials for 96-Well Multi-Tier™ Micro Plate System are available in both conical and flat bottom and are manufactured of Type I, Class A, KG-33 Expansion Borosilicate Glass. The glass provides an inert solvent resistant environment for samples. The vials fit securely in our Base Plate. All glass vials are available silanized. Available in 0.5ml, 1.0ml, 1.5ml, and 2.0ml Our Plastic Vials for 96-Well Multi-Tier™ Micro Plate System are available in polypropylene material with conical bottoms and provide thermal stability and solvent resistance. The vials fit securely in our Base Plate.
An advanced line of adhesive sealing films for 96-well microplates. These unique and innovative sealers were designed to address the needs of the bio-analytical environment. Our new 96-Well Pattern Blue Sealing Tape is adhesive-free around the 96 wells preventing the tacky/sticky adhesive glue from adhering to plastic pipette tips or metal probes. Our advanced adhesive is solvent free.

Microplates are a combination of 96 glass tapered inserts in a polypropylene 96-Square Deep Well Plate. The inserts have a unique push-point design that provides sample access down to 10 uL. The plates have a standard 8 x 12 well array with an etched 1-12 by A-H matrix.
